Privacy on this website

This page explains what the marketing site at raramuridesign.com collects and how that information is used. It is written for this site only.

The knowledge base, client support tools and hosted client websites are separate systems. Where those have their own policies, they are published on the knowledge base. The terms of service and acceptable usage policy also remain there.

Who is responsible

raramuridesign consulting operates this website. Contact details are on the Contact page. The office number is +27 21 825 9996, Monday to Friday, 10:00–15:00 South African Standard Time. WhatsApp is linked from that page.

What this site collects today

The public pages are static. They load Google Tag Manager, container GTM-PF9V8L. Tags in that container can record a page view and can set cookies. The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile for the bot check. The page typeface is served from this origin. Icon glyphs are loaded from the Font Awesome stylesheet on cdnjs.cloudflare.com, so that host sees the request for the file.

Cloudflare Pages hosts the site. As with any host, Cloudflare receives the IP address and the request information needed to deliver the pages and to protect the service.

If you telephone or use WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by those telephone and messaging services. It does not pass through a form on this website.

The enquiry form

The contact form on the Contact page is sending. A submission contains the fields you enter: name, email address, optional company or website, the subject you choose, your message, and optional timeline and budget notes. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission. Amazon SES delivers the message by email. The same enquiry is also written to a Google Sheet.

Turnstile and Amazon SES receive only what is needed to check and deliver the enquiry.

Cookies

The public pages do not set their own cookies. Google Tag Manager can set cookies when a tag in container GTM-PF9V8L does so. The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile, and Cloudflare may set a short-lived cookie, or use similar storage, to run that bot check.

How long information is kept

Enquiry emails and the spreadsheet row are kept only as long as needed to answer the enquiry and to keep an ordinary business record of the request.

Who else may see information

We do not sell personal information. Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the Turnstile check. Amazon SES delivers the enquiry email. Google Sheets stores the enquiry row. Google Tag Manager receives the page request so the container can run. cdnjs.cloudflare.com receives the request for the icon stylesheet. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

If the way this site collects or uses information changes, this page will be updated. The date below shows when it was last revised.
